Update Your Online Profile
What is an online profile?
An online profile contains information associated with your individual User ID. Your online profile will include your name, business mailing address and contact information. This is the address and contact information that will be used to contact you when you send in a request to our Online Representatives.
What can I update on my online profile?
On your online profile, you can update your name, business mailing address, phone and fax numbers.
If I change my address on my online profile, will it change my account address as well?
No. The online profile address information is associated only with your individual User ID. Changing this will not affect the address associated with your business credit card account. To change your account information, call an Online Representative at 1-800-853-9586 between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. CT Monday through Friday.
Why should I change my Password?
It is considered a good security practice to change your Password frequently and make sure you do not share your Password with anyone.
What if I forget my User ID or Password?
If you forget your User ID or password, contact your company Administrator or call us at 1-800-853-9586 between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday for assistance.
Am I able to change my security questions online?
Users are able to change their security questions online by selecting the Change My Security Information option within the Managing Online Access section. We recommend that you do not use easily verifiable information such as birth dates, social security numbers and addresses when selecting your security questions. Information entered via this option may be used for verification purposes at a later date.
What is a personal image or message?
Upon enrolling your account you will choose a fraud-preventative Personal Image and Message. There are hundreds of images and messages to choose from. If you would like to change the personal message from what is provided with the image, that option is also available.
Look for this image and message each time you log in! A fraudulent site will not have access to this information, so it will be missing in the log in process. Beware of broken links where your personal message or image should be. If you get a broken link, type our web address directly into your browser address line and try again.
